If you are in need of transport to or from a medical appointment, and you are unable to afford transport of your own, call us for assistance.

Non-Emergency Medical Transfers:
If you need to get to a doctor or hospital, we will help. Please note that volunteers are not medically trained, and this service is not to be used in the case of a medical emergency in which urgent medical attention is indicated.
A separate call will need to be logged to arrange for a return trip.

Terms and Conditions
When a reponder arrives you will be required to sign an Incident Sheet which has the following terms and conditions.
- I accept, receive and benefit from the services undertaken by DAM (services) entirely voluntarily and without being under any obligation to do so.
- DAM undertakes the services entirely voluntarily and without being under any obligation to do so.
- DAM undertakes the services through volunteers (volunteers). The volunteers undertake the services entirely voluntarily and without being under any obligation to do so.
- I indemnify DAM, its founding members and volunteers and hold them harmless against all and any loss or damage, of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused, suffered or incurred as a result or in the course of undertaking the services, or as a result or in the course of engaging in any other DAM operations or activities.
- I shall have no claims against DAM, its founding members or volunteers and none of them shall have any liabilities towards me arising out of or relating to the performance of the services.
