- Please note the following:
  - Dial a Mensch is a non-profit organisation that is independently funded.
  - If someone has benefited from Dial A Mensch's services and would like to make a donation, it would be welcomed, but Dial A Mensch is not looking to be an additional drain on limited community resources.
  - Dial a Mensch is not involved in 'life saving' services, and will only operate from Sunday to Friday, and not on Shabbat or Jewish Holidays.
  - Hours of operation 7am – 7pm, Friday 7am – 4pm.

WE NEED YOU!

DIAL A MENSCH IS LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS TO HELP OUR COMMUNITY! NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. IF YOU ARE 18 YEARS OR OLDER AND HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE - YOU CAN HELP!

Dial a Mensch aims to have a network of volunteers whose time commitment is limited to 1 morning OR 1 afternoon per month. During this time you will be on call and available to respond to the needs for which you have volunteered.
Expenses incurred will be for volunteers own expense except for:
- Petrol delivered to someone stuck without (not the volunteers own petrol cost)
- Jerry cans for the delivery of petrol will be supplied to volunteers by the organisation
- Battery pack for jumpstarts will be supplied by the organisation
Volunteers will be obligated to sign an indemnity form, an example of which can be seen here.
